Tidy Tots defines the life of a diaper as three (3) years from the date of purchase and from an authorized retailer. All claims require itemized and dated receipt from an authorized retailer. Warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the products only. To make a warranty claim the diaper product must be sent at customer’s expense to Tidy Tots for evaluation.
The warranty covers performance issues of the covered parts. Warranty excludes normal wear and tear, improper cleaning, improper handling, stains, alteration, and abuse. The determination if the diaper article is covered by warranty is at the sole discretion of Tidy Tots. We reserve the right to repair or replace the item with like and kind products.

All claims require itemized and dated receipt from authorized retailer. Defect warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the products only. To make a defect claim the diaper product must be sent at customer’s expense to Tidy Tots Diapers for evaluation.
